Join Essential Yoga Studio for a FREE community-building event in celebration of the third anniversary of my ownership of Essential!
Here's how it will work:
- You're invited to bring soup to share OR just come ready to eat!
- If you bring soup, please clearly list all ingredients in your recipe.
- Tables and power strip extension cords will be provided for crockpots; please bring the utensil needed to dish out your soup.
- Bowls, bread, silverware, and beverages will be provided.
That's it! We'll eat soup in community, infuse even more love into Essential's studio space, and spend time in connection and gratitude before the Thanksgiving holiday.

At this monthly gathering, you can expect:
- Vegan snacks, hot tea, water
- An educational or conversational topic around spirituality, yoga philosophy, and supportive practices
- A safe, welcoming environment to practice svadhyaya (self-study)

Join Essential Yoga Studio's owner and instructor Sunni Nutt for a 60-minute practice of rest in celebration of the season of gratitude.
What to expect:
- Gentle, grounding movement to release the day
- 30-minute Yoga Nidra (aka “yogic sleep” practice - a meditative practice that cultivates body awareness and taps deep into our intuition with visualization and embodiment of gratitude for the abundance our lives hold)
- 15-minute mini sound bath with crystal singing bowls
You may bring your own comfy yoga props, blankets, etc or use ours. Complementary hot tea and water provided.

Join Essential Yoga Studio's seasoned instructor Angie Jones on Thanksgiving morning for a yoga flow open to all experience levels.
Gobble up some delicious prana and asana (energy, breathwork, and movement practice) to get your yoga juices flowing on Thanksgiving morning. This bountiful Vinyasa I-II flow practice will offer plentiful modifications and variations to meet all students' experience levels.
After our movement practie, we'll set our timers for a sweet treat of play and stretch during the last 20 minutes of class.

Join Essential Yoga Studio as we host Empowered With Shela for a transformative Ashtanga workshop exploring the eight limbs of yoga as a living, breathing practice for everyday life. Through open discussion and reflection, you’ll discover how these timeless teachings naturally weave through your daily choices, relationships, and self-growth—guiding you toward deeper self-awareness, love, and devotion to the life you’re creating.
The afternoon will flow from understanding into embodiment with a 75-minute guided Ashtanga practice, including by breathwork and meditation to integrate the teachings into your body, mind, and heart.
