Join us for Essential Empowerment, an 8-week journey weaving together the science of gut health and the teachings of yoga. Through this season of devotion, you’ll move through a full body and intuition reset — beginning with a gentle devotional detox, flowing into an elimination and reintroduction process, and grounding into the ancient teachings of the Eight Limbs of Yoga. Through gentle practices and shared experiencec, women are invited to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with themselves in a supportive, inclusive space.
January's theme is Coming Home: a gentle invitation to soften, release, and reconnect with yourself.

You may choose to participate in gentle yoga movement and guided meditation as much or as little as you'd like; floor seating will be available on bolsters and blankets with a few chairs available, as preferred.

Join Essential Yoga Studio for our January Community Builder - an afternoon of board games, puzzles, and crafts AND a potluck - from 130-4p on Sunday, January 18! This is a come-and-go event and all ages are welcome!
Several board games and puzzles will be available along with a snowflake making activity. Feel free to bring your own board game to share or your current craft to work on during our time together.

If you’re navigating perimenopause, menopause, or postmenopause and have felt dismissed or overwhelmed, this group is for you. Join Essential Yoga Studio as we host Tiffany of TK Esthetics for a welcoming, non-judgmental space where women can share experiences, learn practical strategies to support their bodies, and build a community of understanding and encouragement. We’ll share resources, discuss relevant topics, and occasionally hear from guest speakers on menopause-related health.
Our first meeting will focus on introductions, establishing group norms, sharing resources and experiences, and determining future topics and scheduling preferences. This is a voluntary, inclusive group that operates on a donation basis ($5, $10, $15, or whatever you can contribute) to cover the cost of our private meeting space - though all are welcome regardless of ability to contribute.
