Join Essential as we host Racheal of Alchemy & Essence for a monthly gathering for women centered on self-love, sisterhood, and heart-centered receiving. March's circle will offer a sacred space to honor the women we're becoming and consciously root into our energy. Through gentle breathwork, embodied movement, and intuitive dance, we'll release stagnant energy and welcome what is ready to grow.
Together, we'll ground in to intention, connect with the wisdom of the body, and participate in a seed-planting ritual symbolizing rebirth, becoming, and aligned manifestation. We'll leave feeling centered, activated, and connected to the next season of expansion.
Dress comfortably; hot tea, water, and all event supplies provided. Feel welcome to bring your own yoga mat and materials or use ours!
Sensory experience expectations: this event will include soft music and conversation, LED or flame candles, and low lighting. You may choose to participate in gentle yoga movement and dancing as much or as little as you'd like; floor seating will be available on bolsters and blankets with a few chairs available, as preferred. All movement is voluntary. Come as you are!
$50 per person. Please book your spot in advance.
Community leading community - Join us as we welcome Essential students Leah and Sharon - a spiritual therapist, soul-centered coach, respectively - to explore Soul Sanctuary from 2-4p on Sunday, March 22 at Essential Yoga Studio.
Together, Leah, and Sharon will support participants as we learn gentle tools to regulate the nervous system, reconnect with the body, and cultivate inner clarity and peace. Through shared presence, embodiment practices, and soulful conversation, we’ll settle into the moment, find a felt sense of belonging and being seen, and remember our own inner guidance.
This circle invites you to understand what you’re feeling from others and the world, and return to your own clear energetic center.
This is a Pay What You Can Event - choose $0, $5, $10, or $15 at checkout.
Come as you are; dress comfortably for seated conversation. Seating may be on the floor on blankets or bolsters or in chairs in the Studio.
Join Essential Yoga Studio's owner and instructor Sunni Nutt for a 60-minute pay-what-you-can evening of rest and reflection, honoring a slow start to Spring through guided yoga nidra and a calming crystal singing bowl sound bath.
We’ll begin with a guided Yoga Nidra, a deeply restorative meditation practiced lying down, inviting the body to rest while the mind gently explores intention, renewal, and inner direction. From there, you’ll be immersed in a mini sound bath with crystal singing bowls, allowing vibration and sound to support integration and ease.
No experience is necessary. This is about listening, nurturing, and growing at our own speed just as all of nature does!
- All bodies and backgrounds welcome
- Come as you are - rest is the practice!
Sensory experience expectations: this event will take place in a room that's softly lit with lamps and LED candles; eye masks are available to block out light. Gentle movement will be voluntary at the beginning of our time together before settling into stillness with any props you'd like (provided or brought from home). Music will be soft through the Studio speaker and the sound bowls will reverberate throughout the space. No incense, candles, or sage/smudging will take place at this event.
Hot tea, water, and yoga materials provided.
Book your spot for free and pay what you can* via cash or card upon arrival.
*Because students have found this helpful: most students contribute $10-25 for the hour - all contributions welcome!
If you’re navigating perimenopause, menopause, or postmenopause and have felt dismissed or overwhelmed, this group is for you. Join Essential Yoga Studio as we host Tiffany of TK Esthetics for a welcoming, non-judgmental space where women can share experiences, learn practical strategies to support their bodies, and build a community of understanding and encouragement. We’ll share resources, discuss relevant topics, and occasionally hear from guest speakers on menopause-related health.
This is a voluntary, inclusive group that operates on a donation basis ($5, $10, $15, or whatever you can contribute) to cover the cost of our private meeting space - though all are welcome regardless of ability to contribute. Choose your contribution amount at checkout.
Dress comfortably for seated conversation; hot tea and water provided.
Sensory experience expectations: this event will include conversation and may be set against soft music played from a speaker; lighting will be low but adjustable per participants' preference; we will not be burning incense or other items at this event.
Please book your spot in advance.
