Join us for a magical evening of yoga and rejuvenation as we honor the Summer Solstice, where earth and ocean meet. This special event combines the grounding practice of beach yoga at sunset followed by an invigorating ocean plunge to welcome the new season.

Enjoy a 60-minute all-levels yoga flow on the sand as the sun begins its descent. Our practice will honor the sun's energy while connecting with the earth beneath us. As twilight approaches, we'll shift to a brief meditation before coming together for our refreshing ocean plunge to welcome summer.
