Just after the longest night of the year, we gather to celebrate the return of the light and plant seeds of intention for the coming months. This guided meditation will incorporate the sounds of crystal singing bowls and Native American flutes, creating a deeply restorative sound bath experience. Perfect for anyone seeking clarity, inner peace, and a meaningful way to transition into winter’s wisdom.

Tibetan Bone Breathing is a deep, meditative practice focusing breath and visualization to promote relaxation, calm the mind, and is believed to circulate vital energy and blood through the bone marrow, regenerating it. It involves slow, deep breaths synchronized with awareness of different bones from head to toes.
You will get to experience the Halotherapy of the Salt Cave at the same time, reclining in a zerogravity chair.
The Conscious Community at Evolve Wellness Collective is a group committed to the principles of Personal Wellness, Spiritual Growth, Mutual Support, and Connection who gather regularly to discuss topics of interest to learn and grow together. It is open to anyone who wants to participate. Regular gatherings are held twice a month with ongoing interaction online between meetings.
