Host can bring posters & handouts to Evolve ( 2 - 5x7 2 - 8x11 )
Nicole will create Meta Event and add to weekly Event post
Host creates post and adds Evolve as collaborator
Event will be on ‘List of Events’ posted around the studio, blue calendar & newsletter
The host can check their roster on the Wellness Living Elevate app.

We will open the four directions together! Drum repetitively as a group for 30 or so minutes! Relax with a guided meditation & sound bath integration & sharing time! •No previous experience required! •Bring your drum, & any comfort items (water, blanket, pillow), or borrow ours.
