Step into the healing glow of the salt cave for an evening of
deep rest and renewal. This candlelit restorative yoga and sound
bath experience invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and let
go of tension.
Supported by cozy blankets, soft bolsters, and grounding blocks,
your body will be fully cradled in comfort as soothing sounds and
gentle vibrations wash over you. This is your time to pause, reset,
and nourish your nervous system—leaving you feeling centered, calm,
and completely restored.
Gently suspended in silk hammocks, you'll be immersed in vibration as sound moves through and around your entire body. Rhythmic drumming surrounds you, while weighted tuning forks are placed directly on the body to allow vibration to travel inward and support deep relaxation. Crystal bowls, chimes, and low-frequency instruments are woven throughout the experience, creating layers of sound that invite stillness, release, and rest.
No movement is required - simply settle in, feel the vibrations, and allow yourself to unwind.

Blissed Out Breathwork is a guided, music-infused experience designed to help you release stress, anxiety and stored emotion through intentional breathing and visualization. The breath shifts your nervous system out of survival mode and into a place that feels steady, clear and grounded.
You don’t need experience. You don’t need to be good at meditation. You just need lungs and a willingness to show up.
The space is warm and welcoming, with yoga mats, blankets and bolsters provided so you can fully relax and feel supported.
Each guided visualization carries a unique theme — from releasing fear to reconnecting with your inner child or strengthening your intuition.
Best for ages 15 and up. Register in advance when possible, though you’re welcome to join if space allows.
