If nobody has booked by 10am the day of the event, it may be cancelled.
This gathering is an opportunity to pause, reflect, and reconnect with the life you are consciously creating.
We begin with a grounding guided meditation in the Base Studio to quiet the mind and reconnect with your inner wisdom. From this centered space, you’ll move into a creative process of designing or refining your personal vision book or vision board, exploring not just the year ahead, but the life you want to intentionally cultivate.
If you joined us for the New Year Vision Workshop, this quarterly gathering offers a chance to check in with your intentions—celebrating what is unfolding, noticing what may be shifting, and refining your vision as you evolve.
If you’re joining for the first time, you are warmly welcomed. This workshop can serve as a starting point to clarify what you want to call into your life and begin creating a vision that reflects your deepest values, dreams, and direction.
This is not about rigid goals or timelines—it is about alignment, awareness, and conscious creation. Life evolves, and your vision can evolve with it.
Each gathering provides space to reconnect with what matters most, gain inspiration from community, and continue shaping a life that feels meaningful and authentic.
All creative supplies are provided. Just bring your openness, your imagination, and your willingness to dream.

Join Yoga Therapist Erin in the Salt Cave for a deeply calming breathwork and meditation experience designed to help you slow down, quiet your mind, and reset your nervous system.
This event draws from two traditional limbs of yoga: Pranayama (breath regulation) and Pratyahara (turning the senses inward). While yoga is often associated with movement, these practices highlight yoga as a tool for training the mind and nervous system to respond to life with greater ease, awareness, and resilience.
We’ll begin with gentle, guided breathwork (Pranayama), practiced comfortably while seated in recliners. Breathwork supports nervous system regulation, improves focus, and promotes a sense of calm in the body. From there, you’ll be guided into a deeply restorative meditation practice rooted in Pratyahara—helping reduce sensory overload, quiet mental chatter, and create a natural foundation for meditation.
Throughout the experience, you’ll also receive the benefits of halotherapy in the Salt Cave, which may support respiratory health, relaxation, and overall well-being.
This event is gentle, supportive, and beginner-friendly, with no prior yoga or meditation experience required. It’s ideal for anyone feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or curious about exploring yoga beyond physical postures.
Rooted in nearly 40 years of personal practice, Erin brings the perspective of a 500-hour Yoga Instructor and 1000-hour Yoga Therapist to this experience. You’ll be guided with deep attentiveness and care in a calm, supportive environment—an opportunity to rest, reset, and be gently held through the practice.
March's Event: We will practice a pratyahara called Tibetan Bone Breathing. This ancient grounding practice is excellent for transitioning into meditation during the spring or fall, making it perfect for the upcoming spring equinox.
