The Conscious Community at Evolve Wellness Collective is a group committed to the principles of Personal Wellness, Spiritual Growth, Mutual Support, and Connection who gather regularly to discuss topics of interest to learn and grow together. It is open to anyone who wants to participate. Regular gatherings are held twice a month with ongoing interaction online between meetings.

Join Shauna Flash for a Sound Bath with singing bowls, waterfall drum, panda drum and chimes.

During the session, you will:
1. Lie comfortably in reclining chairs in the Salt Cave with a cozy blanket.
2. Experience the soothing resonance of sound waves that promote relaxation and healing.
3. Allow the vibrations to release energetic blockages and foster emotional clarity.
4. Leave feeling lighter, calmer and centered.

Please be sure the actual guest is signed up by name to this event. Be sure the birth date is listed in the account - The ages range for this Event are 13 and older.

This class is free for all ages and is geared towards the young and young at heart.

Children under 6 must be accompanied by an adult.

Join us for a magical, playful, and nurturing class where parents and children have the space and opportunity to observe and learn from each other. Family Yoga incorporates mindfulness techniques and blends a variety of yoga poses into music, stories, community, and games. Participants experience quality, joy-filled family time, while kids can “show off” what they already know and can do in yoga classes. Parents get an idea of how to practice fun yoga and calming strategies together with their kids on the mat and at home.

Approach the class with an open mind and a willingness to explore the joy of movement and build connection and community. Wear comfortable, breathable clothing that allows for ease of movement. Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated throughout the class. Mats, blocks, blankets, and other props will be provided. Feel free to bring your own if you prefer.

Families can arrive early and enjoy a delicious snack at Evolve's Rainbow Kitchen Cafe. You can also preorder a snack before Family Yoga and enjoy it together after yoga class.
