Join Yoga Therapist Erin in the Salt Cave for a deeply calming breathwork and meditation experience designed to help you slow down, quiet your mind, and reset your nervous system.
This event draws from two traditional limbs of yoga: Pranayama (breath regulation) and Pratyahara (turning the senses inward). While yoga is often associated with movement, these practices highlight yoga as a tool for training the mind and nervous system to respond to life with greater ease, awareness, and resilience.
We’ll begin with gentle, guided breathwork (Pranayama), practiced comfortably while seated in recliners. Breathwork supports nervous system regulation, improves focus, and promotes a sense of calm in the body. From there, you’ll be guided into a deeply restorative meditation practice rooted in Pratyahara—helping reduce sensory overload, quiet mental chatter, and create a natural foundation for meditation.
Throughout the experience, you’ll also receive the benefits of halotherapy in the Salt Cave, which may support respiratory health, relaxation, and overall well-being.
This event is gentle, supportive, and beginner-friendly, with no prior yoga or meditation experience required. It’s ideal for anyone feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or curious about exploring yoga beyond physical postures.
Rooted in nearly 40 years of personal practice, Erin brings the perspective of a 500-hour Yoga Instructor and 1000-hour Yoga Therapist to this experience. You’ll be guided with deep attentiveness and care in a calm, supportive environment—an opportunity to rest, reset, and be gently held through the practice.
