Join us each month, as we discuss a selected book or media (podcast/video), with a range of topics that spark deep reflection and connection. Themes might include shadow work, energy healing, and emotional release; universal laws like manifestation and the nature of consciousness; and mystical paths such as spiritual awakening, soul purpose, and ancient wisdom traditions. Discussions can also delve into balancing the divine feminine and masculine, understanding karma and past lives, or developing intuition and psychic gifts. These topics offer rich ground for personal growth, especially when paired with practices like journaling, meditation, or rituals that deepen the experience beyond the book/media source.
Everyone is welcome, and you do not need to be a member of our studio. Please join us for community, conversation, and refreshments!
We will be meeting on the last Thursday of each month (chosen at the previous months' meeting). Except: we will not meet in August or December, and we will meet on the 3rd Thursday of the month in November.
This workshop will provide you with the insight and tools to master your own energy, and how you feel physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Learn to regulate your nervous system through breathwork, yoga, and sound healing. Breathwork directly influences your mental and emotional state, with slow breathing calming the system and rhythmic breathing energizing it. Yoga helps move and release energy by opening the spine, hips, and chest, improving circulation, emotional balance, and body awareness. Sound healing harmonizes the body by using vibration to calm the mind and deepen relaxation. These practices help you shift your state at will, recover from stress faster, and maintain steady, grounded energy throughout the day. No experience is necessary and all are welcome!
Bring a yoga mat, comfortable clothing, and a water bottle. (we have some yoga mats to borrow if you don't have your own)
This workshop will provide prompts for exploring your stories, and a space to connect with your craft and eachother. There is no official fee for this workshop, however we do suggest a $10 donation (if possible) via cash or Venmo upon arrival for Cindy's time and efforts.

Your brain deserves the same care as your body! This 1.5 hour workshop dives into the best foods, herbs, and habits to support memory, focus, and long-term cognitive health. Learn how nutrition can help sharpen your mind, balance mood, and protect against brain fog.
Healthy foods are important for brain function because they provide the energy and nutrients the brain needs to work efficiently. They help improve memory, learning, focus, and mood by supporting brain cells and chemical messengers. Nutrients like healthy fats, vitamins, and antioxidants protect the brain from damage and reduce inflammation. Eating a balanced, nutritious diet also supports long-term brain health and lowers the risk of cognitive decline, helping the brain stay sharp and healthy over time.
