July 12th–24th, 2026
In this course, we teach you the extensive Reformer Level 1 + 2
repertoire along with modifications. These exercises expand on what
was taught in the Foundational Mat Course. Students will gain a
deeper understanding of how we can use both Mat and Equipment-based
exercises to create a supported, individualized program for each of
our clients, whether it’s in a private or class setting.
