This 30-hour training is designed for both 200-hour certified yoga instructors and dedicated yoga students looking to dive more deeply into the theory of Yin Yoga, posture study, safe and effective sequencing, introduction to meridian and chakra theory, anatomy, and the power of pranayama (breathwork).
You don’t need to have the yearning to teach, just an openness to fully immerse yourself in the calm, cooling practice of yin yoga.
