Our goal is to create a calming space where people dealing with cancer, their families and any caregivers of cancer patients (including medical professionals) can access tools for relaxation, healing, and nervous system regulation. These sessions are offered on the 2nd Tuesday of each month and typically integrate breathwork, guided meditation, Reiki and/or mindfulness techniques, accompanied by an immersive sound bath, which all collectively promote emotional well-being, reduce stress, and offer practical techniques that participants can integrate into their daily lives.
