Calming and Restorative
Join in an evening of calming, restoring, and grounding breath. This class is a gentle reminder to listen to that inner voice telling you to slow down and allow yourself to be in the present moment. Beginning with gentle movement followed by calming breath practices, Samantha will be using nervous system regulation breathing techniques that you can use any time you need to return to a balanced state. Whether you are new to breathwork or this is one of many classes you have taken, there is space for you here.
This class is especially geared toward young adults in their 20s and 30s who are navigating life transitions and the rapidly changing landscape of life. This class provides practical tools to turn to in times of uncertainty, change and heightened emotion. $35 p.p.
No prior breathwork experience necessary. To maintain the intended atmosphere and focus on wellness, we kindly request that all participants be aged 13 and older.
