
4 Week Fitness Transformation Challenge
The Challenge:
On day 1 we will test the group on 4 simple core drills and record your time / reps:

400m Run (or 500m Row for anyone with running issues)

Max Bodyweight Squats in 60 secs. (Butt to Ball)

Max Push-Ups in 60 secs (On knees or toes)
-
Max Plank Hold
Then once a week you get to challenge yourself in a fun group setting to outdo your previous personal best and see your progress!

Led by Coach Wayne the weekend before camp kicks off.
3 Boxing-Focused Days
Weekly
Master the basics, hammer the heavy bag, and torch your abs with
Will “The Thrill” Shaw’s signature finishers.
2 Strength & Conditioning
Days Weekly
Bodyweight, TRX, kettlebells, slam balls, dumbbells, battle ropes,
and rounds on our heavy bags. Every round, every muscle.
