
90 minutes of great skill and performance work! The first hour will be on court with veteran coach/referee/trainer James Andrews! The last half hour will be strength and jump work in collaboration with Matt.
All sessions must be booked on the HoopsStrength App. There are no walk-ins for this event.

5th-8th Grade. This is a basketball fundamentals group training for players looking to learn basic skills, or to tune up on the most important aspects of basketball. Groups will be split into two or three age appropriate groups depending on the age and skill level of the group!

This one hour program is geared for any SERIOUS high school or college male/female. Matt has dozens of on-court catch and shoot drills, as well as different finishing drills that are conditioning based drills. This is NOT a skills session. We will do some footwork, however the premise of this enrollment is to increase each athletes fitness level. This entire workout is ON-COURT.
While on court, we will also be using functional fitness equipment. These are fast-moving, intense workouts. There are both monthly and drop-in options

A combination of basketball skills training, age-appropriate strength/agility and jump training AND live 3 on 3 competitive play! Players can come with a team up to 4 (1 sub), however we will have a “free agent pool” for any players looking for teammates. All sessions are 90 minutes long. We will have a champion at the end of the final week!

For players looking to become more consistent jump shooters. This enrollment will work on proper footwork, balance and developing a rhythm. Coach Rachel Leonard is as experienced as they come, working with some of Section V's best shooters while coaching the varsity girls team at Gates Chili. The players she helped to develop last offseason increased shooting percentage and range this season. Become a better shooter!
