This one hour program is geared for any SERIOUS high school or college male/female. Matt has dozens of on-court catch and shoot drills, as well as different finishing drills that are conditioning based drills. This is NOT a skills session. We will do some footwork, however the premise of this enrollment is to increase each athletes fitness level. This entire workout is ON-COURT.
While on court, we will also be using functional fitness equipment. These are fast-moving, intense workouts. There are both monthly and drop-in options
This is a one hour skills and drills session which will also incorporate preseason condtioning. The perfect group to tighten up ball handling and shooting before the start of the season!
For advanced JV and varsity level players. These groups are with our most veteran trainers who have the most experience propelling players to the next level. Workouts will include high intensity drills.
These 90 minute sessions are a combination of training and live 3 on 3 play!
