This 60 minute class will provide a full upper body workout designed to focus on toning the muscles in the arms, chest and back. Learn how to strengthen and build the muscles needed to burn fat and speed up your metabolism. All fitness levels are encouraged to take this class. This workout is a complement to our Booty Fit class.
Weight Training Fitness (WTF) is a weight training workout
guaranteed to build lean musle and burn fat while toning,
tightening, and strengthening your entire body.
This 60 minute class is challenging, fun, and geared for all levels
of fitness.
Effective, challenging, fun and creative workouts designed to improve cardiovascular health, burn fat, increase strength and flexibility. You will be challenged and motivated to work at your highest capacity, whatever that may be. Classes will include a combination of the following: core, balance, strength, endurance, flexibility, and agility to keep you on your toes.
Ages 13 & Up
M3 is a 50-minute class that blends functional strength,
stability, and mindful control.
You’ll move with precision and purpose—focusing on clean form,
controlled pacing, and deep mind–muscle connection.
This class isn’t about going harder; it’s about moving smarter and
building strength you can feel in every rep.
