Adult Continuing II Silks is designed for adults who have been training in aerials for multiple sessions, and feel comfortable with foot locks, inversions, hip keys, and catchersas well as multiple climbing styles. This is a challenging class in which focus will on developing clean technique and building on transitions and sequences within aerial movement.
