This introductory hammock course teaches core mounts, skills, and transitions in the hammock. Expect to not only learn skills, but how to flow and blend them together in combinations or flows. This class is best for ages 8-12. Bring a water bottle, and make sure to wear a leotard or shirt that can be tucked in, and leggings! We can't wait to flow with you!
