9-12 YEARS - BEGINNER 2: The SECOND part of the three-long course long German Beginner sequence.

Materials are not included in the tuition.

Teaching Method: Native-fluency instructors promote the use of German in the classroom by using German activities, games, songs, visual elements as well as manipulatives. Instructors use various audio and visual elements that are complementary and inter-related so that the same vocabulary or element of grammar is practiced and reinforced in many different ways to create variety, encourage participation and avoid boredom.

High Beginner level description: A great course for students who are 9 to 12 years old and have very little exposure to the language or have taken the Beginner 1 level or similar.

Communication: Students will learn names of activities, talk about hobbies, count to 20, the family members, talk about family.

Grammar: Questions: Who? What?, personal pronouns, regular verbs ending in -z, -s, -ß and -t, -d, the verb to be, connectors und, oder, definite articles, indefinite articles, possessive articles, yes/no questions.
