Join us for an immersive afternoon of contrast, connection, and community. This special end-of-summer gathering blends heat, cold, sound, and energy work into one renewing experience.

You’ll begin with a grounding, slow-flow vinyasa practice in our heated yoga studio, let by Randi Jade — designed to open the body, quiet the mind, and prepare you for the invigorating embrace of the cold plunge. Step outside into our open-air plunge space, where two ice-filled tubs await alongside the continuous tones of a live sound bath by John Yoakum, creating a calm, meditative container for your time in the water.

Between plunges, relax with a mini Reiki session, sip tea or infused water from our hydration station, and let the sound waves wash over you — a gentle combination that encourages deep relaxation and nervous system reset.

We’ll close the afternoon gathered together in a joyful drum circle, weaving movement and music into a shared celebration of the season.
