Sink into stillness during this gentle, introspective practice. This special class blends long, restorative yin poses with calming breathwork to release tension and honor the seasonal shift from Winter into Spring. The practice concludes with a deeply restful Yoga Nidra guided meditation, inviting you to reset, restore and to prepare us for the Spring Equinox.
You will be led through restorative postures that allow our bodies the space to release, to relax, and to renew. Restorative Yoga gives you the space to learn how to cultivate a presence you may not always be able to obtain during a practice, and truly reach a meditative state. Jen will lead this class & Megan will individually connect to each person with Reiki.
Feel welcome to dress comfortably and bring along any personal props, blankets or crystals you may like (or use the studio's props!).
