50-Hour Restorative Yoga Teacher Training
In a world that celebrates doing more, pushing harder, and staying busy… restorative yoga invites us to practice something radical: rest.
The Art of Deep Rest is a 50-hour restorative yoga teacher training designed to help you understand the power of stillness, nervous system regulation, and deep support. This training will guide you through the philosophy, science, and art of restorative yoga so you can confidently offer classes that help students truly unwind, release tension, and reconnect with themselves.
Restorative yoga is not simply “gentle yoga.” It is a skillful and intentional practice that uses props, time, and presence to shift the body into a state where healing, integration, and profound relaxation can occur.
In this training, you’ll learn how to create that space for others.
Through guided practice, discussion, and hands-on learning, we will explore how to build restorative sequences, support bodies safely with props, and hold space for students in a way that feels grounding, nurturing, and deeply restorative.
This training is ideal for yoga teachers who want to expand their teaching toolkit, as well as dedicated practitioners who want to deepen their understanding of rest as a powerful and transformative practice.

What Makes Restorative Yoga So Powerful
When the body is fully supported, the nervous system can finally shift out of fight-or-flight and into a state of deep rest and repair.
In that space, breath slows, muscles release, and the body begins to restore balance naturally. Students often leave restorative classes feeling lighter, calmer, and more connected — sometimes in ways they didn’t even realize they needed.
As a teacher, learning how to facilitate this experience is incredibly meaningful and rewarding.
