A mindfully paced hatha yoga class incorporating both static postures and flowing sequences. Focusing on breath, intention and gratitude for what is right now. Beneficial for all yoga levels whether you are brand new to yoga or have been practicing for years. Modifications and variations will be offered and demonstrated to help support wherever you are on your journey. Hatha is the union of opposites. Ha = Sun. Tha = Moon. Balancing the physical and mental bodies. The physical providing strength and stamina to maintain mental stillness and peace.

This program is offered at our University of Alberta Hospital location.
Join Kevin for a beginner’s guide to pickleball at the PG. Paddles, balls and a net will be supplied. Learn the basics of the sport from terminology, court size, score keeping, and basic rules of play. This will be an interactive workshop where we will practice hitting balls and learning to play doubles. No experience or equipment is necessary.
