Spring Hockey IQ On-Ice Classroom is a Spring program at Loudun Ice Centre that uses small area games in a controlled scrimmage manner to teach players the most important aspects of ice hockey; Time and Space.
Small Area Games are proven to provide players with more puck touches than full ice drills and games, which means more skating with the puck, more passes, more stick-handling, more puck control, more puck protection and more shots on net.
With Loudoun Ice Centre's two 75" TV screens directly above the rink, Coaches can stop play and show players video of their action and analyze positoning and on-ice decision making.
