Little Yogis Travel Adventure is a playful, imagination-based yoga class designed for children ages 5–12. Through storytelling, movement, and sound, children “travel” through a safari, forest, sky, and outer space while practicing yoga poses, breathing techniques, and relaxation.
This class supports:

- Mindfulness through play
- Creativity and imagination
The class ends with a calming mini sound bath using crystal bowls, chimes, rain drum, and gentle gong sounds to help children relax and integrate their experience.
No prior yoga experience is needed,just comfy clothes, curiosity, and a sense of adventure!
Our Beginner Yoga Four-week course is the perfect introduction to the world of yoga and is super relaxed and fun! Our instructors take each class step by step to ensure you feel confident in many of the most common yoga poses with adjustments to suit your body. It is ideal for complete beginners who have never tried yoga before, students returning to their yoga practice after a hiatus, or anyone wanting to deepen their understanding of the foundational poses of yoga. You will have plenty of time to practice each pose in a no-pressure environment. Who knows, you might even make a few new yoga friends!
All classes take place on Mondays 7:15 - 8:30 pm.
What to expect: The first three weeks are focused on breaking down the postures used during a flow class. We will work with pranayama (breath), asana (postures), and alignment for safety. In the last class, you will apply everything you learned in a one-hour yoga flow class.
Costs: $64
Must pre-register. No drop-ins. The beginner series courses are non-refundable and non-transferable to different dates.
