Through asana, breath work and mediation we will learn about
- Prāamayakosha (the layer through which life-force moves).
- The five vāyus are the functional flows of that life-force, each with a distinct purpose.

4. Inner Alchemy | 7th Febraury 1pm
An introduction to circulating and refining energy within. Gentle internal practices to balance yin and yang and deepen your connection to inner stillness.
5. Qigong for Healing | 7th March 1pm
Learn restorative techniques including self-massage and acupressure points, combined with qigong flows that support resilience and self-healing.
6. Integration & Flow | 4th April 1pm
Bring everything together in a complete practice. This closing workshop helps you design a personal qigong routine to carry forward into daily life.
