Discover the fundamentals of Pilates by exploring a series of slow controlled movements which encourage muscular strength and endurance. Pilates focuses on specific muscle groups in a corrective manner to find proper postural alignment. The movement is great for all levels and ages as the exercises are at a slow pace which gradually become more difficult so you can choose to progress to the level that suits you.
Each week the course has a different focus:

Move from the centre with control and precision, fluidity and grace
Find balance between strength and length, stability and mobility
Massage the body with dynamic movement and flow
