provide you with the knowledge, tools and techniques to empower you
on your pre-natal journey.
Cayley will begin the workshop wit ha 45 minute Pilates practice.
She will guide you through a series of movements designed to
strengthen and stabilise your body throughout your pregnancy and
aid with labour and birthing.
Midwife, Hypnobirthing teacher and founder of Positive Birth
Jersey, May Bourne will lead a guided relaxation, along with some
simple breath work, and focus on the importance of releasing
tension during pregnancy and birth.
This combo is sure to fill you with a sense of strength and
confidence for the mind and body.
