Learn and practice ancient yogic breaths and meditations designed to create a calm, peaceful, energized and creative way to move into your day and into your life. The class begins and ends with a silent meditation. Guided meditation and breathwork are offered during the rest of the class. In Person class or Live Stream from home or where ever you are.
