In Yogic traditions and Traditional Chinese Medicine, the movement of prana or chi (energy) is vital to having a balanced mind, body, and spirit. During a 60-minute session of guided self-massage, using a combination of tools, Holly will guide you through various acupressure points to move stale or stagnant energy through the body to reduce stress and help return your energy to a state of balance. To further encourage the integration of the self-massage, there will be 30 minutes of restorative yoga. During these fully supported, restful poses, the parasympathetic nervous system will be stimulated promoting relaxation, slowing your heart rate and breath, while nurturing your body with increased blood flow to all your vital organs.
