Unlimited Yoga + 1 Day Strength
This membership includes unlimited yoga at Eagle Eye Yoga plus one Small Group Strength Training session per week at LivFitness.
It is designed to support a balanced weekly rhythm of strength, mobility, cardio, recovery, flexibility, stress relief, and overall well-being.
Your weekly strength session is thoughtfully coached in a supportive boutique studio setting, with attention to proper form, progressive training, and movement that supports real life. We use a variety of equipment, functional movement patterns, and cardio intervals to keep workouts fresh, effective, and challenging.
Unlimited yoga gives you access to a wide variety of classes to support recovery, mobility, balance, flexibility, mindfulness, and connection.
Important Registration Note
This registration may display as 6:00 PM in WellnessLiving for system purposes, but your actual strength training time will be confirmed directly with Liv.
When joining, you’ll choose one regular weekly strength training time from the available options below. We’ll find the best fit for your schedule and group placement.
There is also flexibility when needed. While most clients attend their regular time each week, make-up options may be available based on space and scheduling.

Women’s Groups: 5:30 AM, 6:15 AM, 9:30 AM, 4:30 PM, 5:15 PM
Men’s Group: 8:15 AM
Monday
Co-Ed Group: 6:00 PM
Friday
Co-Ed Group: 8:15 AM
Saturday
Co-Ed Group: 7:30 AM
