In today’s world, pregnancy can be isolating. You need to stay safe for the health of you & your baby! However, connecting to a community of women is so important.
~
Join our Prenatal group! We start each class by sharing our current joys (& not so happy moments) of pregnancy, as well as our experiences in the ever changing health care system. We then settle into practice with pregnancy specific meditations & kriyas, followed with gentle yoga designed to support the needs of the pregnant body & your sweet, growing baby. Class concludes with deep guided meditation which teaches you to go into deep relaxation, the kind you will use when you give birth to your baby. This class is taught virtually, all in the safety & comfort of your home!

Yoga helps alleviate many of the discomforts of pregnancy: nausea, constipation, varicose veins, swelling, back pain, & sciatica. This class includes a mixture of balancing, strengthening & stretching poses that are appropriate during pregnancy, emphasizing breathing & relaxation.

Join Cassidy for a 4-week Introduction to the Chakras series! In this series, we will dive into learning about the energy centers of our bodies— the chakras. Explore practical techniques for balancing the chakras and getting in tune with the subtle energies of the body. Each class will include discussion, meditation, and movement and focus on 1 or 2 chakras. Bring a notebook and pen if you’d like to take notes and be prepared to move your body for a portion of class!

No prior knowledge of chakras, yoga, or meditation is necessary to attend. This series is perfect for those who want to start deepening their spiritual/wellness practice, or for those looking for a refresher!

This sound experience is meant for any level of yogic experience. The goal of these sound meditations is to provide a meditation that has the potential to relax, improve health, explore inwards & reach the true teacher within all of us. 

ShaamaahS is a solo project developed to perform a unique ambient music involving Tuvan Throat Singing, Chakra specific Singing Bowls, a Shruti Box, & subtle symphonic soundscapes. “Sound Meditation” is very prominent these days, & most of us are simply curious on how sound meditation can help us achieve focus, & re-engage our true self.

We as humans are walking energy, vibrating at multiple frequencies. The “Oscillating Prana” performance engages the subtle energy body & allows for a person to truly immerse themselves with the music, simply by being present with this music.
