In this series, we will learn how to use breath to strengthen our practice & learn when & to practice with yoga props. By the completion of the series you will feel confident for wherever your practice takes you.
Yoga helps alleviate many of the discomforts of pregnancy: nausea, constipation, varicose veins, swelling, back pain, & sciatica. This class includes a mixture of balancing, strengthening & stretching poses that are appropriate during pregnancy, emphasizing breathing & relaxation.
Class begins with engaging conversation & community with women sharing their experiences, & concludes with a guided meditation or birth story. Join this amazing tribe of expecting mamas & learn techniques for peaceful birth while nurturing your body as it changes throughout pregnancy.

This workshop is appropriate for adult women whose mothers have passed a year or more ago. No prior yoga or meditation experience necessary.
Please wear comfortable clothing you can move in & make sure you bring your mat.
