Flow + Restore is an 8-week yoga series designed to encourage both mindful body movement and time for stillness. Each class will begin with body movement connected to the breath and finish with restorative yoga and meditation. During flow, variations to poses will be offered for an inclusive and accessible practice. During restorative yoga and meditation, poses with props held for longer periods of time will allow the body to rest. All are welcome to join this practice!
