This series is for beginners and people with experience!

We are running this series as a Hybrid Registered Series

Our hybrid model offers flexibility while keeping the benefits of a committed series. Once we have enough participants registered to run the series, drop-ins are welcome (space permitting)! Unlimited membership holders can also join as part of their membership once the series is confirmed to run.

Spanish Language Mindful Hatha Series

Mindful Hatha in Spanish is a five-week registered series exploring conscious movement, breath awareness, and the mind–body connection in a calm and accessible way.

Each class highlights one essential quality of the practice: flexibility, strength, balance, equanimity and integration, while always offering a full-body, well-rounded experience. Classes are taught at a gentle pace, with options provided for different bodies and experience levels.

The series is taught primarily in Spanish and welcomes Spanish speakers as well as English-speaking students interested in practicing or deepening their Spanish through movement.

An invitation to move with care, cultivate presence, and reconnect with the body and breath.

Pneuma Breathwork

Pneuma Breathwork is a transformative breathing practice that naturally guides you into extraordinary transpersonal states through dynamic, conscious breathing. The practice helps you open your perception and connect with your inner essence, supporting clarity, inner peace, and greater wellbeing in your daily life. Transpersonal experiences, together with the map of consciousness proposed by ancient traditions, make this technique a valuable tool for healing and inner development.

Each session is accompanied by music created for this work, and participants integrate the experience by drawing a mandala and sharing insights in a supportive environment.

Class Format:

  • 30-Minute Introduction

  • 2-Hour Pneuma Breathwork Practice

  • Mandala Drawing

  • Sharing

If this is your first time at the studio, please arrive 10 minutes early to get settled in.

Workshop needs a minimum of 5 to run.

Contraindications

Pneuma Breathwork is a very safe and accessible practice, but extra care should be taken in the following circumstances. Please contact Mischa at mischaharris@pneumainstitute.<wbr />org if any of these apply to you.

  • Pregnancy

  • Cardiovascular conditions

  • Severe hypertension

  • Glaucoma

  • Retinal detachment

  • Severe psychiatric conditions - individual situations should be discussed directly with the facilitator

  • Epilepsy

  • Recent fractures

  • Severe osteoporosis

  • Recent surgery

  • Asthma (please bring your inhaler to the session)

New Moon Sound Bath

Join us as we harness the manifesting power of the new moon in this special Sound Bath event!
 
The new moon is a time of new beginnings and the best time to set clear and specific intentions.
 
Eve Carty will be using a combination of instruments such as Gongs, Crystal and Metal singing bowls, chimes and various percussion instruments, to take you on a deeply meditative and serene sound healing experience. This is a time to journey inward, surrender to the soothing sounds and vibrations, and cultivate deep relaxation. Take this opportunity to nourish yourself, practice self-care and connect with community. We hope you walk away feeling rested, peaceful and refreshed. There will be an opportunity to
share in the opening and closing of the circle.
 
Please register early online as there are limited spots.

About your facilitator:
Eve Carty is an RYT 500 Yoga Teacher, offering services in Shamanic Healing, Cacao Ceremony, Crystal Therapy, Sound Therapy, Reiki, Reiki Drumming, Thai Yoga Massage, and Indian Head Massage. She completed her Sound Healing Practitioner program in 2020 at the International College of Energy Healing.
