Whether you’ve never touched a pole or you’ve been curious for years, this series gives you everything you need to start your pole fitness journey the right way.
Participants must feel confident with mounts, transitions, and moving fluidly on the hoop. This workshop blends technique, conditioning, and flow to support students who want to refine their basics and explore new pathways on the lyra.
You’ll work up to 13 feet off the ground while exploring dynamic doubles skills, partner timing, and seamless transitions. Top-of-the-hoop work will be included.
Please wear clothing that covers your arms and legs
for protection.
