Spinning Pole: Splits & Extensions Level: 3 (Intermediate–Advanced) Take your spin pole skills to the next level in this dynamic, split-focused workshop designed for experienced movers ready to fly. In this class, you’ll explore some of Colleen’s favorite crotch-tastic split shapes while learning how to elevate your current tricks with cleaner lines, deeper extensions, and more confident execution. Expect a mix of technique, conditioning, and progression work to help you safely push your range and expression on spin. You’ll train on 13 ft poles, giving you the space to fully explore height, control, and extended shapes. What You’ll Learn
