A focused therapeutic program designed to help decompress the spine, improve posture, and release persistent back, neck, and shoulder tension.
YCAT is slow, specific, and deeply therapeutic. This is not a workout and not a traditional stretch class — it is intelligent, guided work that helps the body reorganize from the inside out.
Because each session builds on the previous one, participants are encouraged to attend the full series of 4.

Those experiencing back or neck tension, postural fatigue, or anyone wanting more ease and support through the spine.
If your back, neck, or shoulders are holding persistent tension, your body may be compensating for underlying postural imbalances.
This focused 2-week Critical Alignment Therapy (YCAT) series is designed to help restore space, support, and ease through the spine using precise, therapeutic positioning.
Over four progressive sessions, students will learn how to:

Join Hollie James for an afternoon of healing vibrations and deeply supported Yin Yoga.
Welcome the energy of renewal as tuning forks, set to specific frequencies, are woven into long-held Yin shapes to encourage energetic realignment and deep relaxation.
The session begins with gentle, mindful movement to unify body and mind, followed by restorative Yin postures supported with props. Guided breathwork and meditation invite you inward as sound healing with tuning forks supports emotional balance, stress relief, and energetic clearing.
