Where: Namaskar Yoga Studio
Week one: We will explore the foundations for seated and standing postures and the use of props in our practice. We will bring awareness to our breath and enjoy the experience of exploring Yoga from the unique position of our own bodies.
Week two: We review our practice from week one and explore new postures in our study of Yoga.
Week three: We will continue to explore the physical practice of Yoga (Asana – the Postures) focusing upon bringing intent rather than tension, breathing, and the acceptance of what our body is telling us as we practice.
Week four: We will link together postures we have been studying introducing flow and movement to our practice.
Questions are always welcome as we explore Yoga in a safe and supportive environment.
