Join Luisa C. Quezada for a fun and relaxing afternoon of crafting and meditation. Ojos de Dios (oh-ho-day DEE-ohs), “God's eyes” are objects made by weaving a design out of yarn upon a wooden cross. In the Huichol culture the Ojos de Dios is a ritual tool that is believed to protect those while they pray.
Come and immerse in the Mexican culture with vibrant colours and ritual, these being an important part of Mexican daily life. What better way to learn about Mexican culture and meditation then to create a meditative craft that will come home with you! Connect with your community and relax while Luisa guides you through a meditation with your creation.
