Qi Gong and Dharma Talk

Join Ying Xiong every Saturday from October 19th to November 30th.

Qi Gong is a form of traditional Chinese mind/body movements and meditation that uses slow and precise body movements with controlled breathing and mental focus to improve balance, flexibility, strength, and overall well-being. These classes will be followed by a Dharma Talk that explores themes like mindfulness, balance, and how our energy (Qi) affects our life.
