Begin with a meditation to immerse yourself in a deeply restorative sound journey designed to harmonize your body, mind, and spirit. This class uses a blend of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other vibrational instruments to create a meditative soundscape that promotes relaxation, stress relief, and energetic balance. As the frequencies wash over you, allow tension to dissolve and your nervous system to recalibrate. You'll end with time for integration and meditation allowing you to feel centered and grounded. Whether you're seeking emotional release, inner clarity, or simply a moment of peace, sound healing offers a powerful reset from within. No experience necessary - just bring yourself and an open heart.

In this eight-week therapeutic yoga series, we’ll take inspiration from the winter season to release excess stress, listen to our bodies, and foster intentional rest through somatic, restorative and body-based mindfulness practices. We will explore release, rest and reflection as essential yoga tools that help us stay aware and engaged in our world.
Over eight weeks in January and February, we will gather every other Saturday afternoon in the cozy Nourish & Move studio for a 90-minute yoga class that will include mindful movement, subtle body awareness, guided meditation and heart-centered reflection. In between our in-person gatherings, students will receive brief recorded yoga practices and journaling prompts for integrating into your day-to-day life.
