Join us for a thoughtful, empowering evening designed to support girls—and the grown-ups who care for them—during an important season of growth. Flow & Grow is a nurturing workshop created especially for girls ages 9–11 and their guardians, offering a blend of gentle movement and open, age-appropriate conversation.
We’ll begin with 30 minutes of gentle yoga, helping girls connect to their bodies in a positive, grounded, and confidence-building way. From there, we’ll transition into a supportive, guided conversation about body changes, growing up, and what to expect in the years ahead—creating space for curiosity, reassurance, and connection. Guardians will gain language, tools, and insight to continue these conversations at home with confidence and care.
This workshop is hosted by The Health Esteem Collective, a team of trusted healthcare professionals dedicated to supporting girls and parents through the growing-up years:
