Held at “Little Pause”, our Francis Road studio, our 4-week beginners Reformer & Tower course is designed to set you up to feel confident to attend one of our Level 1 or Level 2 classes. With only 5 person capacity you can expect focused attention.
It’s perfect for those who have never tried equipment based Pilates before and those who have, but would like a refresh on some of the basic principles.
Over the four weeks we’ll go through most of the essential Reformer Pilates repertoire so you become familiar with it, plus we’ll also go through some basic safety and practical principles so that you can use the Reformer & Tower confidently in any class.
