Miss May’Z Flow — a dynamic aerial hammock workshop designed for experienced students ready to elevate their artistry, endurance, and flow.
This two-part experience dives deep into Z-shape and zig-zag pattern poses, teaching you how to connect poses seamlessly while maintaining strength and grace through longer sequences. In the first half, we’ll build progressive transitions that lead from foundational shapes to more complex tricks. From there, we’ll layer those movements into extended, stamina-driven flows that challenge both your body and your breath.
We’ll close the session with a bonus round of SAFE Salto drops for those ready to take their flow to the next level — ending on a high, exhilarating note.
