Qigong loosens your muscles and builds powerful bones; strengthens your organs, improves cardio-pulmonary function, boots the nervous system and improves vascular function; it helps to prevent injury to joints, ligaments, and tendons; speeds recovery time from injury and operations, eases stress; and brings emotional balance to your mind, body, and soul.

Reconnect to your foundation in this 4-session yoga series designed to bring awareness, strength, and control to the pelvic floor musculature. Whether you’re looking to support core stability, address pelvic tension or weakness, enhance your yoga practice, or simply feel more grounded in your body, this series is for you!
Each session builds progressively, integrating informed yoga postures, breathwork (pranayama), and subtle awareness techniques to help you cultivate a healthier, stronger, and balanced pelvic floor.

A sound massage is a very peaceful and therapeutic experience, often leaving the recipient feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
During a sound massage with therapy grade brass singing bowls, the practitioner places bowls directly on or around your body, typically while you lie down. The practitioner then gently strikes or rubs the bowls, creating soothing vibrations and harmonious sounds. These vibrations resonate deeply through the body, promoting calmness, releasing tension, and restoring balance to the mind and body.
Space is limited to 4 participants! Each participant will get 15 minutes of personal vibrations with the bowls.
