Somatic Release Breathwork™ is a transformative embodiment practice that connects you to your body’s electrical network—the nervous system—helping release and alchemize stagnation and stuck emotions from repetitive thoughts, feelings, and old narratives. Using circular connected breathing and rhythmic music, it facilitates cathartic release—such as shaking, crying, or laughing—to clear blockages and restore balance to the nervous system.
Samara offers a unique approach tailored for women and Divine Feminine Embodiment. Her gentler method emphasizes allowing, receiving, and authentic expression, focusing on clearing and alchemizing stagnation in the chakra system and central channel, with special attention to the sacral, heart, and throat chakras. This nurturing practice invites you to deeply connect with your bodymind, unwind stored energy and emotions (like anger, wrath, grief, joy, and pleasure), and liberate the authentic Self. She will end the ceremony with hands-on energy work and Reiki, ensuring that each participant leaves feeling grounded and clear.

Samara is a guide, healer, and mentor for women on their healing and awakening journeys. She helps clients embody their mind-bodies and direct experience, heal and regulate the nervous system, and cultivate spiritual and intuitive gifts. Samara Healing + Awakening exists to catalyze spiritual awakenings, liberation from trauma + the confines of the small self, and the process of Divine Embodiment.
Her journey began with a sudden loss of vision in 2020, which sparked the beginning of a profound and ongoing spiritual awakening and led her to leave a misaligned life behind, confront deep trauma, and commit to a path of healing and devotion. Over the next five years, she studied and practiced over ten transformative modalities, transitioning from personal training to spiritual and trauma healing.
Samara works with modalities including somatic release breathwork, embodiment work, relational healing containers, expanded state practices, meditation, Reiki, energy work, hands-on healing, and somatics.
Her work creates a grounded, open, and clear field of support for deep transformation. Clients often find that months of working with Samara bring more healing than years of traditional therapy. Her practice is particularly supportive for spiritually oriented women healing from sexual trauma.
Deeply influenced by Tibetan Buddhism and the Goddesses of the Hindu pantheon, especially Durga and Kali Ma, Samara now lives a devotional life in Connecticut surrounded by soul family, working with clients across the East Coast and beyond.
This class is for anyone who has had Reiki Master training, and has at least one year experience working at the master level. Students who have taken Level 3 with Hilary and want to advance can choose between this class or the Usui Reiki Master Teacher Training. This class is also beneficial for classically trained Reiki Master Teachers who are looking to explore other schools of Reiki.
The Holy Fire® Karuna energy provides purification, healing, empowerment and guidance. It supports you in becoming your authentic self and aligning with your purpose. It is also beneficial for healing religious trauma. Many students find the attunements or placements to be quite profound.
Individuals who take the class will be able to use the symbols in their Reiki sessions and teach all levels of Holy Fire® Karuna Reiki®. This class is complete with eight practitioner symbols, one master symbol, three ignitions and two mediations that are guided directly by the Holy Fire®. In addition, the Holy Fire® attunements are also demonstrated and taught for Reiki I, 2, and 3 so that the students will be able to teach all levels of Reiki as Holy Fire® classes, if they choose.
Participants will also receive an in-depth manual that can be used to support your learning, practice, and future teaching.
Reiki practitioners of all levels and lineages are invited to a Resonance Reiki Share! We'll gather together in healing community to connect and share the gifts of Reiki. The evening will start with a check-in, followed by group discussion and meditation. After that we will separate into groups where everyone will have a chance to give and receive Reiki. We'll finish our time together with a closing healing circle.
In this experiential class, you’ll learn who your spirit guides are, the different ways they support you, and how to begin building a conscious relationship with them. We’ll explore how to create your own “language” with your guides, recognize the signs that they are near, and learn practical ways to work with their guidance in your everyday life. You’ll also be led through a deeply relaxing guided meditation designed to help you energetically connect and meet your spirit guides.

Kristin Sitek is an Energy Alchemist, intuitive healer, and Functional Health Practitioner who bridges the worlds of science and spirit to support deep transformation. In this educational and experiential training participants will learn the basic information and techniques required to start weaving the physical experience into their work in a more intentional way. Drawing from the work of Somatic Experiencing, together we will explore trauma, the nervous system, polyvagal theory, and simple, yet profound bottom-up approaches that anyone can utilize. This training is appropriate for talk therapists, body workers, yoga teachers, and others professionals who are ready to start working more holistically for their own benefit and the benefit of their clients.
