This 2-hour workshop offers an accessible, consent-based introduction to attachment styles and how they influence communication, boundaries, and emotional reactions in relationships. Designed with nervous system awareness and emotional safety in mind, the workshop combines education, guided reflection, and practical tools participants can use immediately.
Participants will explore how attachment patterns form, how they show up under stress, and how to better understand their own reactions without judgment or labeling. Rather than focusing on diagnosis, the workshop emphasizes awareness, choice, and regulation. Attendees will learn how to recognize patterns such as core fears, emotional responses, boundary tendencies, and internal self-talk, and how these patterns impact relational dynamics.
The session includes multiple breaks, optional participation, and clear group agreements to ensure the experience is emotionally sustainable and appropriate for a health or community setting. Participants leave with a worksheet, communication tools, and language to help them slow down, set boundaries, and respond more securely in relationships.
