A Half-Day Experience to Restore Balance, Ease Stress & Support Your Nervous System
Restore Your Rhythm is a half-day mini retreat at Rise Mindful Healing designed to support nervous system regulation through a structured sequence of breathwork, therapeutic massage, sound healing, heat therapy, and guided reflection.
Led by Eva Payne (breathwork, sound bath, meditation) and Francheska Colbert (licensed massage therapist), this experience offers a guided introduction to the core modalities at Rise in one intentional afternoon.
This experience is suitable for all levels and does not require prior experience with breathwork, meditation, or bodywork.

Throughout the breathwork and soundbath, Francheska will offer brief, individual hands-on massage to each participant while Eva guides the experience. These short sessions are designed to support embodiment and help integrate the breathwork experience.
