May 23, 2024 - May 23, 2024
Seana & Chiraswa will facilitate this Moon circle.

We will be gathering around the theme of Beltane, and linking with the fiery fertile energy of this time of year, we are going to focus on ourselves as sexual beings, how we feel about our bodies, and how we feel about intimacy.

These visionary moon sessions are faciliated by various women and are open to anyone who identifies with and wishes to reconnect to the ancient Feminine. It is a trans-inclusive, anti-racist, body positive space that welcomes and respects you exactly as you are.

Postnatal Pilates (Chesterton)
Jun 3, 2024 - Jul 8, 2024

This course is available to women and their babies who have had their 6 week postnatal checkup and are given the go -ahead to begin gentle exercise. You can, of course, come along without your baby if you have someone to look after them.

Pilates is great for strengthening your core and helping to regain your pre-pregnancy abdominal strength. Most importantly, we will be focussing on strengthening the pelvic floor and lower abdominals. You will work up slowly and safely.

It is also good for your mental health and general well-being. An opportunity to leave the house with or without your baby and meet other women in the same situation.

Sometimes you will get little done, especially if babies need feeding, but you will still be able to gain knowledge of the moves and practice later at home. It is also a great opportunity to bond with your baby and make connections with other new mums. Often, the postnatal classes are a woman’s first insight into this practice.
