This is an effective and positive fitness experience for those aged 65+, with a trainer who is experienced working with older adults. In this Small Group class we will hone in on strength training, improving muscle mass, cardiovascular health, balance, mobility and stability. Gauging the group, we will provide appropriate exercises, modifications and intensity for our community in their Golden Years. Get ready for a hearty boost in vitality, energy and overall well-being!

We also have chin up bars, heavier kettle bells & TRX to add some strength sizzle!
