Fly Pole Workshop
Lift off, level up, and let it spin.
Ready to take your pole game to new heights — literally? In this aerial-style workshop, we’re diving into the fundamentals of fly pole (aka spinning pole that moves with you).
We’ll start with a solid warm-up, then build your foundation with essentials like spinning technique, standard & side climbs, and sit variations. From there, you’ll flow into beginner-friendly combos, explore shapes like the jade split, and — if the vibe and level are right — maybe even flirt with a drop
Whether you’re new to fly pole or looking to add some flair to your current skills, this workshop is the perfect combo of strength, grace, and momentum.
Pre-req: Comfortable with basic pole grips. No prior fly pole experience needed.
