Join Noé for a luxurious evening of relaxation as she soothes your soul through sound, breathwork and restorative movement.
This is a sensorial journey of exploration—touch, scent, sound, sight, and imagination—reawakened through simple rituals that are often lost in the momentum of daily life. Through gentle observation and embodied practice, we begin to reconnect with our natural state of sensuality: taking pleasure in simplicity, discovering joy in presence, and savouring the fullness of each moment as it unfolds.
Expect to emerge from the evening with a blissful sense of well-being.

BIO
Noé is a Japanese-Canadian pole/aerial yoga instructor, performer, voice artist and holistic practitioner who weaves sound therapy, ritual, and restorative movement into her Yasumi (rest) retreats. While she holds extensive training in voice, fitness, yoga, and performance, the true power of her work lies in her deep intentionality and her reverence for sound and movement as sacred tools for restoration.
Drawing on her years of experience travelling through Russia, Japan and Canada as a performer, Noé artfully infuses her Yasumi retreats with multiple languages, traditions, and modalities creating a space that feels grounded, expansive, and richly transformative.

This year’s workshop is a refined
version of last year’s. We’ll explore how to build choreography
from the ground up, develop or clarify your personal movement
style, finding shapes and movement that feel and look good on your
body, create smoother transitions and flow, and deepen your
understanding of musicality and performance. The goal is to give
you practical tools while also creating space to explore,
experiment, and grow as a mover.
This workshop is open to students from levels 101–404. It’s a
mixed-level workshop, with much of the time dedicated to personal
exploration at your own level. I’ll provide prompts and creative
direction to guide our weekly focus, while moving around the room
to offer individual guidance and feedback. You’re encouraged to
work at a pace and level that feels right for you. Heels are
welcome.
Lydia has been teaching pole for nearly 8 years, with a focus on
pole choreography for the past 4. She’s been choreographing since
childhood, with formal training in dance, a degree in music, and
professional performance experience. Her work sits at the
intersection of movement, musicality, and performance, focusing on
the small choices that elevate choreography and help dancers find
movement that feels both expressive and authentic.
Level: Mixed level (101-404)
Dates: February 14, 21, 28, March 7

In Unbroken, students learn a challenging new choreography—with accessible modifications—while refining how movement travels through the body. The focus is on creating a liquid, continuous quality from initiation to finish.
Across the four-week course, the
choreography deepens as we polish transitions, smooth leg pathways,
and develop a cohesive artistic flow that feels effortless and
complete.Unbroken is the art of
uninterrupted movement—the pursuit of precision, continuity, and
flow.

Welcome to Syrup —
an indulgence in low, leg-led floor movement with SydSiren.
This two-week floorwork workshop is an invitation to slow down,
sink in, and move with intention. Syrup is about richness over
speed, weight over sharpness, and letting the legs lead every
decision.
Week One is dedicated to foundation and detail. We will break down
leg rotations, waves, sweeps, and transitions, exploring how to
move seamlessly across the floor with control, fluidity, and depth.
Expect to refine mechanics, build strength, and discover how small
adjustments can completely change the quality of your
movement.
Week Two moves beyond what we do and into how we inhabit it. We’ll
focus on sinking deeper into the work — grounding the body,
softening the effort, and performing for yourself alone. No
audience required. This is about indulgence, presence, and allowing
your movement to feel slow, heavy, and unapologetically
yours.
Come prepared to move deliberately, explore sensation, and indulge
in the bend, the rotation, and then…melt.
