Join us for a night of erotic floorwork. This is an all levels class where we will focus on finding our flow and feeling good in our bodies. Each workshop we will learn a short choreographed routine including different aspects of erotic movement. No previous experience is required.
Knee pads, leg warmers, thigh high socks, or some sort of knee coverage are required, otherwise wear what makes you feel most comfortable! Sexy attire and heels are welcome.

This class is for Transgender, Non-Binary, and Gender Non-Conforming people only. We ask that folks who are not part of the LGBTQ+ do not sign up for this class, they are instead very encouraged to sign up for our other erotic pole class offerings.

Leanne is known for her expressive flowing invert style, and will meet you at your level in this intensive - whether that’s building strong foundations or working on more complex combos. Find your own style and make your inverts as impactful as your tricks.
Leanne is a professional pole dancer with over a decade of experience in the industry. Originally from Ireland, she now lives in Vancouver, teaching and performing full-time locally, internationally, and online.
Leanne’s titles include Pole Princess Ireland and All Ireland Pole Dance Champion. She also judges competitions such as Pole Princess Ireland, Dance Filthy Canada, CPAC and PSO.

Learn to rig your own Hoop or Hammock for the Open Aerial practice. You will need to be able to rig your own apparatus as the room will not be pre-rigged.
In this rigging workshop you will learn how to safely set up your apparatus for aerial open studio training at Tantra Fitness. We will go through use of the Tantra Fitness rigging system, ladder and apparatus safety as well as equipment inspection pre usage. Be prepared to practice rigging for yourself!
At the end of the workshop students will be expected to demonstrate and understand safe rigging practices for both aerial hammock and aerial hoop on the Tantra Fitness rigging system.

This Tantra Fitness Pole 505 Training will go over all the skills in Pole 505 specifically. Focus will be placed on:
* progressions
* breakdowns of each move
* body position and alignment
* muscles engagement
* appropriate warm ups, cool downs and conditioning
* modifications and alternatives
* common injuries and injury prevention
Get all the skills to teach safely and effectively.
The Pole 505 moves will be shared with you prior to the training and it is expected that you familiarize yourself with them, as the training will focus on how to teach the moves rather than how to do the moves.
